Scientific colloquium with a cultural finale

The 3rd Klinkowström Day on Friday, September 5, 2025, will be held under the motto: "The double anniversary in view: the 250th birthdays of Philipp Otto Runge and Friedrich August von Klinkowström". The all-day colloquium consists of three parts: (1.) lectures by renowned experts on the Caspar David Friedrich Jubilee 2024 and on the painter personalities Runge and Klinkowström and their families, (2.) an architectural history tour of the castle and estate grounds, explaining what the estate looked like at the time when Runge and Klinkowström met here, and (3.) concluding with a harp concert by Merit Zloch (Berlin/Wittenberg) in the castle chapel. The 3rd Klinkowström Day is being held with the kind support of the Pomeranian Foundation for Historical Education.
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to register for the colloquium as all free places have been taken.
Only the closing concert in the castle chapel (18:00, admission from 17:45) can be attended without pre-registration. Admission is free - donations are requested.
