Clear the stage for life - an inclusive theater course for adults

In this new theatre course at the vhs Greifswald, you will discover creative and playful ways to go through life with more expression, presence and ease. Whether in everyday life, at work or simply for the joy of playing - theatre can open doors, change perspectives and boost self-confidence.

How do I use my voice in a targeted way - for example in a speech?
How do I move in space and make an impact on others?
How does improvisation help me to deal with unexpected situations with confidence?

Together we will try out methods from theatre pedagogy: Exercises for body awareness, voice, presence and creative expression. It's not about "right" or "wrong", but about trying things out, having fun and bringing your inner child back on stage. Scenes emerge spontaneously, little stories take shape with lots of fun and no pressure to perform.

The 11-part course starts on Thursday 22 January 2026 and always takes place from 18:00 to 19:30. The last day of the course will be 07.05.2026.

The course is aimed at all adults who would like to discover themselves creatively - with or without previous experience.
People with disabilities are welcome, the course rooms are barrier-free accessible.

Registration for the course is mandatory and can be made via the website www.vhs-vg.de or in person at the adult education centre.
