Was man wirklich über Klima-Kipppunkte wissen muss
Book launch with author Toralf Staud
Our climate system threatens to tip over in many places. The consequences would be drastic, including for Germany. In their book, Benjamin von Brackel and Toralf Staud take us on a journey around the world to the most important tipping elements in the Earth system: from the icy landscapes of the poles to Europe's hot water heating system and the Amazon rainforest. They explain how our earth - and climate science - works.
At the book launch, we ask science journalist Toralf Staud: What is the most effective way to stop radical climate change? And where are the positive tipping points in technology, the economy and society?
Co-partners: Koeppenhaus, Heinrich Böll Foundation MV
