Kari sings about her homeland Sápmi - the northern Scandinavian land of the Sami. Her singing style is Joik, the traditional Sami song. She accompanies herself on the frame drum, also using playing techniques from India and the Middle East. It sounds both groovy and meditative. We encounter reindeer, a Noaidi shaman, a sacrificial stone and nature. And we'll also do some yoiking together.
