Concert: OSET
Eight musicians who create a dynamic and unique soundscape through a blend of jazz-inspired nuances and raw, energetic sounds reminiscent of rock.
OSET is a contemporary jazz octet from Gdańsk, Poland. This creative ensemble combines modern jazz concepts with experimental soundscapes and is known for projects such as their musical work SAGAN.
With their debut single “Sól” (Salt), they presented a distinctive fusion of various genres, in which jazz blends seamlessly with a touch of metal. The song combines elements of Slavic music with an energetic, rock-oriented sound. The result is a captivating musical experience that transcends traditional boundaries. “Sól” is a testament to OSET’s ability to create a cross-genre sound that captivates listeners through the band’s innovative musical approach. The incorporation of Slavic influences lends the composition cultural diversity and makes this debut a promising and exciting start to their musical journey.
