Leaves and Flowers in Watercolour: Painting Workshop at the Botanical Gardens
Discover the fascinating plant life of Greifswald Botanical Garden with a paintbrush and watercolours.
Once there, we’ll draw inspiration from the flowers and leaves and translate our impressions into paintings. The course is particularly suitable for beginners and begins with an introduction to the basics of watercolour painting, as well as a painting demonstration. You’ll then be free to choose your own subject and explore the plant world through painting. If you wish, you can bring your own watercolour materials; however, materials are also available on site. We also recommend bringing two water cups and either a clipboard, a sturdy surface or a sketchbook. Look forward to a relaxing afternoon of painting amidst the botanical splendour of the Botanical Garden.
