Usedom Music Festival 2026 at the Protestant Church in Zinnowitz: Saxophonist Estel Vivó Casanovas, winner of the Young Concert Artists competition, performs Spanish folk songs by Manuel de Falla.

From Barcelona via New York to Usedom: Saxophonist Estel Vivó Casanovas will be performing at the Evangelical Church in Zinnowitz as part of the 2026 Usedom Music Festival. She studied at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester and recently won the prestigious Young Concert Artists competition in New York, with which the festival has been collaborating for over thirty years.

For her prize-winners’ concert, she has brought with her arrangements of six Spanish folk songs by Manuel de Falla, who would have celebrated his 150th birthday in 2026. Look forward to an evening full of Mediterranean timbres, virtuosity and emotion in an atmospheric setting.
