The Lubmin Adult Education Centre is celebrating its 35th anniversary and is organising a big anniversary celebration to mark the occasion.

The Lubmin Adult Education Centre is celebrating its 35th anniversary as an educational institution and, to mark the occasion, warmly invites anyone interested to a grand anniversary celebration. On Friday, 24 July 2026, a varied programme for the whole family will begin at 3.00 pm on the grounds of the Lubmin Adult Education Centre.

For 35 years, the Lubmin Adult Education Centre has been a place of learning, socialising and exchange. Generations of people have learnt, discussed, taken part in creative activities and made new connections here. The anniversary offers an opportunity to look back together on this successful journey and spend a cheerful afternoon in each other’s company.

For our younger guests, there will be a bouncy castle and various creative hands-on activities. An exhibition offers insights into the Heimvolkshochschule’s 35-year history and showcases special moments, projects and events from past decades.

Refreshments will also be provided: visitors can look forward to delicious food from the barbecue as well as a varied cake buffet.
