With the exhibition "The Moon and Other Stars", the Pomeranian Artists' Association is honouring the painter Louis Douzette, an early member of the Artists' Association, on the occasion of its 110th anniversary. Douzette was born in Triebsees in 1834 and spent formative periods of his life in Franzburg, Barth and Berlin. He became known above all for his atmospheric night and moonlight paintings, in which light, landscape and atmosphere play a special role. The joint exhibition takes up this theme and translates it into contemporary artistic positions.
