Hear, touch, experience the SEA | Guided tour for people with visual impairments
During the Easter holidays, special guided tours for people with blindness or other visual impairments invite you to touch the exhibits directly.
Walking around the bronze sculpture of the leatherback turtle Marlene, exploring the 10 metre long model of a Bryde's whale or a seal specimen - these are just some of the highlights of the tour. Models and dermoplastics that are not behind glass invite you to feel them. In addition, selected objects from the museum's educational collection enrich the tour and provide a variety of sensory experiences.
Afterwards, visitors can take a seat in the sound chair, listen to animal sounds and learn more about man-made underwater noise.
