A Bach Week without great chamber music? Unimaginable. The collaboration with members of the Komische Oper Berlin orchestra has been going on for over 50 years now. Initially under the direction of Ulf Däunert - now with Gabriel Adorján as concertmaster - this orchestra not only accompanies the great oratorios and the daily Bach cantatas. It also demonstrates its particular excellence in the great chamber music.
To mark its 80th anniversary, the musicians will perform Johann Sebastian Bach's Orchestral Suite No. 2 in B minor as well as works by Ludwig van Beethoven and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
