Organ and saxophone in concert: original compositions, baroque, classical music, folk songs, improvisation

It was a wonderful feeling to play in Greifswald's St Nikolai Cathedral once again! A fantastic church where I have performed with choirs before and also played myself," wrote the composer, organist and choirmaster, whom we invited as a musical ambassador from Greifswald's Swedish twin city of Lund.

"I like to play concerts together with another musician, with the harmony between the organ and the second instrument taking centre stage. I find that this way of playing enables a particularly rich and lively musical expression, which is also greatly appreciated by the audience."

He suggested the saxophonist, clarinettist and composer Hans Nilsson, who also lives and works in Lund, as a concert partner.
