In this workshop, we want to get in touch with our anger and find ways to express it responsibly.

Many of us are not in living contact with our own anger. Some don't feel it at all, for others it suddenly breaks out and can unleash destructive forces. Yet anger is such an important emotion for knowing what we need - and what we don't need. But anger without "repair" - anger without taking responsibility and reconnecting - can put a lot of strain on relationships.

You will find space to explore your own anger a little and take away valuable impulses for yourself.
