Survival compact course
Survival Saturday in Gristow
Survival compact course - outdoor basics in one day
Once a month, the Gristow Nature Adventure Park is transformed into a wilderness workshop: In this 6-hour compact course, we teach basic survival and outdoor skills - practical, understandable and with plenty of room to try things out.
What you can expect:
Making fire without a match
Using fire steel and natural materials, you will learn how to light a fire on your own - safely, responsibly and with the necessary background knowledge on fire safety and nature compatibility.
Archery
Introduction to technique, posture and safety in intuitive archery. Concentration, body awareness and mindfulness take centre stage here.
Cooking over the fire
Together we prepare a simple meal over an open fire. The focus is on planning, teamwork and the conscious use of resources.
Knot tying
Practical knots for outdoor, camp building and everyday life - explained in an understandable way and applied directly.
The course is aimed at adults and children aged 10 and over (accompanied). No previous knowledge is required. The focus is on learning together, experiencing nature and experiencing self-efficacy.
An offer for everyone who wants to be active outdoors, try out new things and rediscover old knowledge.
