Thomas "Eichi" Eichstätt coaches the FC Pio football team in the small town of Torgelow in eastern Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Many of the young players have fled their home countries and are struggling with finding a job, acceptance and their past. Eichi is a father figure for many of them, but he also looks back on a dark time in the right-wing scene.
A documentary film about what it means to build bridges and arrive at a new place in life.
