Intercultural information café on the topic of "Working in Germany". Together we will talk about German labour law and your rights and obligations as an employee. How long are you allowed to work per day/week? Which breaks are mandatory? What is part of working time and what is not? How can you help yourself if something is wrong and who can help you? You can expect expert input, an exchange of experiences in the community, coffee, tea and delicious biscuits! Feel free to drop by! The professional input will be accompanied by a presentation with subtitles in several languages adapted to the guests. The Kiek In is wheelchair-accessible and a wheelchair-accessible toilet is also available. The event is aimed at international professionals, people with a migration biography on their way into working life and interested parties and is taking place as part of the International Weeks against Racism 2026.
