Christine has to hide. The neighbour's boy Bobby wants to shoot at her with peas again, but Christine really wants a real friend to play with.
But then she finds a small, white, cuddly creature... Is it a cloud that Bobby has shot out of the sky? Or is it a sheep? Or is it a cloud sheep? And what's wrong with it, why is it so sad?
Christine has to find out what this delicate creature is all about and how she can help him. In the process, she learns to be brave, not always to hide and who knows, maybe she will make a real friend in the end after all
