The Michael Succow Foundation invites you to the wintry Karrendorf meadows. On this special guided tour, you will discover the coastal flooded moor in its quiet season: wading birds, northern geese, swans and ducks can now be observed between reed islands and water areas. You might even spot a bearded tit in the reeds. Our federal volunteers provide exciting insights into nature conservation, the animals' wintering strategies and the ecological importance of this unique habitat.
Tip: Don't forget warm clothing and binoculars!
Organiser: Michael Succow Stiftung
