In the lecture theatre of the Institute of German Philology (Rubenowstraße 3), historians Jonas Brückner (Leipzig) and Anna Lux (Freiburg) will present their book "Neon/Grau. 1989 and East German Spaces of Experience in Pop" (Verbrecher Verlag). Hendrik Bolz (Berlin), author, rapper and also involved in "Neon/Grau", will read from his 2022 book "Nullerjahre. Youth in Blossoming Landscapes" (KiWi). The evening will be moderated by Eckhard Schumacher, speaker of the International Research Training Group "Baltic Peripeties" at the University of Greifswald.
