Hasenscheisse
Trash ballads
The band name "Hasenscheisse" may still be an imposition for some people.
Only recently, the band was asked to change their name to "Mandelblüte". That would not only sound nicer, but would also be better for their career, but what the hell; bands often have great names, but deliver musical excrement - with Hasenscheisse it's the other way round.
The five men of MS Hasenscheisse have been cruising unreservedly through all kinds of musical waters as socio-critical and humorous storytellers for almost 20 years now. They bravely pull the wool over their eyes and spice up their forest and meadow songs in the finest Berlin style with percussion, electric bass, accordion and polyphonic vocals. With the poetry, wit, linguistic power and irony of their lyrics, the Hasen play against the dullness of the world and perhaps also against their band name!
The steamship has set sail, leaving a lasting wave in its wake - through radio and television with unforgettable live gigs throughout Germany and beyond.
After releasing five albums, the band recorded their last album together with the German Film Orchestra Babelsberg.
Now the band around the not entirely unknown actor Christian Näthe is coming to their second living room at St. Spiritus in Greifswald on January 24, 2026.
Tickets: €18 / reduced €14 at the regular box offices or online
