This year's avenue exhibition invites visitors to take a special walk under the treetops of a stylized avenue.

The focus is on the avenue as an ecological, historical and landscape-shaping element. Along the avenue, visitors gain insights into research approaches from the fields of environmental sciences, biodiversity, landscape architecture and regional development and history and get an impression of the tension between mobility and landscape. Numerous stations present content on the ecological function of avenues, road construction and avenues in art.

The exhibition presents the core themes tree by tree for a wide audience. QR codes give visitors the opportunity to obtain further information. The exhibition, which was conceived as part of the Interreg project "In terris Gryphi", is aimed at an international audience. All texts are therefore available in German, English and Polish.

The exhibition opening will take place on Monday, 15.09.2025, at 17:00 in the foyer of the Central University Library.
The exhibition can be visited free of charge daily from 15.09.2025 during the opening hours of the University Library between 08:00 and 22:00.
