From well-known numbers from the operettas "Die Fledermaus" and "Der Zigeunerbaron", energetic polkas such as "Unter Donner und Blitz" and "Im Krapfenwald'l" to famous waltzes, including "Frühlingsstimmen" and "Kaiserwalzer", the program not only impresses with its variety, but is also full of musical highlights and comes to a sophisticated conclusion with Erich Wolfgang Korngold's "Straussiana". A festive musical evening in honor of the 200th birthday of Johann Strauss (son) - one of the great composers of the Viennese Golden Era.
