Change your sleeping pattern: Exciting contributions on politics, culture and science await you at the 12-hour lecture on May 23 - open to all, come along!

Prepare your sleeping rhythm! From May 23 - 24 the 12h lecture is coming up. And yes, it is exactly what it sounds like: you have the opportunity to listen to a lecture on a wide variety of topics at any time during these 12 hours. You can already find insights into the lecturers and their topics on the StudPortal.

The event originated 19 years ago as a protest against university job cuts and has since become a tradition. The aim of the event is to offer students in particular, but also other interested parties, the opportunity to find out about various fascinating and current topics and to join in the discussion with stimulating contributions from science, politics, culture and the media. You can look forward to topics such as "Biological warfare and bioterrorism", "Abortion between law and ethics", "Women in science" or "Searching for clues with Lego". Also included: herbal psychotropics, Instagram humor and glowing will-o'-the-wisps.

The event will take place in the Ernst-Lohmeyer-Platz 6 lecture hall building in lecture halls 1 and 2. There will be a barbecue. The first lecture starts at 15:00 until 02:15 you have the opportunity to listen to 9 exciting lectures.
