The first multi-fandom convention by fans for fans in Greifswald!

On June 28, 2025 from 10:00 am to approx. 7:30 pm, the Ernst-Lohmeyer-Platz at the University of Greifswald will be transformed into a meeting place for everyone who is a fan or is enthusiastic about fan culture. As the first fan convention of its kind in Greifswald, GreifFANcon offers a diverse programme - organized by fans at the Institute of English/American Studies and designed for the entire fan community.
The focus is on popular heroes such as Harry Potter, Naruto and Dungeons & Dragons. On the program: creative workshops, interactive activities and several expert panels on the fantastic and imaginative universes. The event aims to enable fans to meet like-minded people in a respectful environment, to arouse interest in the many different fandoms and to be a place for inspiration and the exchange of knowledge.
Whether with cosplay, dice or magic wand - enthusiastic fans from Greifswald and the surrounding area are very welcome. Admission is free.
Please register in advance for some workshops.
