Yoga auf der Burg

VINYASA YOGA

Trainer:
Sophie Löschburg

Appointment:
Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m,
Seminar room at Klempenow Castle,
Contribution at own discretion (10-20€)

Start:
April 10, weekly

Sophie teaches flowing, dynamic Hatha Yoga, incorporating the powerful, flowing Spirit Yoga style as well as Kriya Kundalini exercises and Lucid Body techniques. The synchronization of breath and movement brings the body into balance and calms the mind. The asanas are varied to center, release blockages, move from doing to being and from the head to the body.
Each session will have a different focus, combining challenging, activating and relaxing exercises as well as different elemental qualities with the corresponding energy centers.
Sophie completed her one-year vinyasa yoga teacher training in 2016 with Spirit Yoga Berlin/Patricia Thielemann, who she also assisted in all master classes, and has been leading yoga retreats and vinyasa yoga classes ever since.
Two long stays in India brought her to the Iyengar Yoga icon Usha Devi in Rishikesh, where she practiced for several weeks, and to Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath, who trained her in Kriya Kundalini Yoga and meditation according to Paramahansa Yogananda. Sophie also studied Vipassana meditation with Goenka, Qui Gong, Tai Chi and Chinese massage with Prof. Wenjuan Shi-Beneke and, after three years of further training with Fay Simpson, became the only Lucid Body (conscious body) teacher in Germany.
