Mit dem Fahrrad zu den Resten des Flugplatzes Ladebow

Guided tour on Saturday, May 10, 2025

What connects the church in Wieck with the brick building and the ruins in Ladebow? You will find out on the guided tour when our association member Heino Förste takes you on
Saturday, May 10, at 9 a.m., on the occasion of the 777th anniversary of Ladebow and the 80th anniversary of the surrender of Greifswald without a fight, to the remains of the Ladebow airfield.
You can't help but be amazed at the impressive evidence that can be found in the woods, fields and even in Ladebow itself.
In addition to the dilapidated and overgrown military remains, there is also the associated Ladebow airfield settlement, which today forms the heart of Ladebow.
Heino Förste will guide us to both obvious and hidden historical sites. The route takes us along unpaved paths and through woodland in places. Appropriate fitness and clothing are required. The tour is free of charge. A donation for the work of the association would be greatly appreciated. The number of participants is limited to 25 people, so please register by Friday, 09.05.2023.
