The Souldiers

The Souldiers save your soul: handmade soul simply has everything you need to be happy. You can dance, dream, hug each other, and the band provides the driving groove, five voices languish about love and its unconditionality, ...and then there's The Fat Horns to blow your ears free.

Soul music has always stood for the longing for a big family, for respect and love. However, such proud confessions in the band were not made immediately at the first rehearsals. Looking back on 30 years of The Souldiers, however, one recognizes the message; Dresden's biggest soul band, with over 70 former musicians, is constantly reinventing itself while keeping soul music in its heart.

In good weather the event takes place open air, otherwise in the hall.
