Open Music Day – Find your instrument – Find your sound

On Sunday 30 August 2026, from 1 pm to 6 pm, Goethestraße 5 in Greifswald will be transformed into a house full of music: Behind every door, a new sound awaits – here a drum kit is grooving, there a violin is singing, and round the corner the next band is already jamming!

Drumming, plucking, strumming, singing – you can try your hand at anything here. Our teachers will show you their instruments, give mini taster sessions and reveal how those first off-key notes can turn into real hits. There’ll also be live music from our pupils, who’ll be showing what they’re made of.
