Gospel service at the end of the semester

This musical service with two choirs marks the end of our university services this semester under the overall theme of "Making Peace". With the Gospelkombinat Nordost under the direction of Dr. Nicole Chibici-Revneanu, the Studio Choir of the Institute of Church Music and Musicology led by Prof. Frank Dittmer and Prof. Dr. Christfried Böttrich, who will deliver the sermon, we want to explore the topic of violence and renunciation in the context of the well-known text of the Sermon on the Mount from the Gospel of Matthew and celebrate the end of the semester once again with a lot of music.

After the service, as usual, there will be an opportunity to socialize and exchange ideas over a drink in and, weather permitting, in front of the cathedral.
