Contact and dance improvisation workshop with Astrid Brünner

What inspires me? When do I feel in resonance with something or someone? And how do I generate improvisation material? In the course of the workshop, aspects of self-perception and self-expression will be addressed using methods from contact and dance improvisation, as well as improvised dance encounters. Both topics offer exciting opportunities to be inspired by the moment and to explore entering into resonance with the environment. Alternating between solo and group dance can open up new, stimulating spaces and create awareness of one's own movement qualities. Spontaneous action is just as important as allowing surprising impulses. In the spirit of the merry month of May, the focus here should always be on the joy of movement and encounters.
